Business Hours: Tuesday-Friday: 8AM - 3PM SATURDAYS: 7am-2pm closed: Sunday, monday and HOLIDAYS (Appointments booked after 3:00 PM during the week are considered after-hours. Appointments booked after 2pm on Saturdays are also considered after-hours and will incur a $30 convenience fee.) •No Refund Policy: All deposits, products, and services are non-refundable. •Client Satisfaction: Any issues with a service will be addressed in-house before the client leaves the salon. If any concerns arise after leaving, it’s at the stylist's discretion to resolve the matter. For example, if hair color does not meet army standards, the stylist will work with the client to address it before leaving the salon. •Late Policy: A 15-minute grace period is allowed for appointments. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled. Communication is key, so please reach out if you anticipate being late.
